Having worked on many building conservation projects in Spain, I am fluent in Spanish and  have a good knowledge of the intricacies of the Spanish planning system and building culture. This, combined with my project management experience places me in the ideal position to act as intermediary between owners, developers, architects, builders and local planning authorities. Larger Heritage Schemes  

I have been employed on a consultancy basis to produce the Torquay Harbour Heritage Strategy and more recently, the Cullompton Conservation Area Article 4 Review. As well as Conservation Officer, I worked as Project Officer for the Buckfastleigh Conservation Area Partnership Scheme and the Crediton Heritage Regeneration Scheme, each lasting 3 years and involving everyday project management both of the wider project and of the repair and restoration of individual buildings. In the course of my work I have produced several conservation area appraisals and management plans for significant historic settlements.
